“And above all,
watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you,

Those who don't believe in magic will never find it.”

Cappezzoli di Venere

One of my favorite movies of all time is Amadeus.
Love the music, the singing, tom hulce...
but the best part is when Salieri offers stanzie refreshments.....enter the nipples!!!!
from the moment I first saw these I wanted to try them, well it's about friggan time...
this is a good recipe for them.
Not only are they yummy, they're cute too.

Semi-sweet chocolate
16 oz. can whole chestnuts
small bag of chopped almonds
6 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
2 Tablespoons brandy
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

chocolate coating ingredients:
14 oz. white candy melts
1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips

To prepare centers, melt chocolate in a double boiler and allow to cool.
Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add chestnuts, almonds and flavorings to
the butter/sugar mixture and blend well, then stir in the cooled chocolate.
Mix well. Roll into balls 1-1/2 inches in diameter; if mixture becomes too
soft to shape, chill for several minutes.

To coat, place candy melts in a small bowl and melt according to package directions Carefully
roll the truffles in , then place on a plate and allow to dry for several minutes. melt the chocolate chips in a small bowl.drizzle small amount on top.Store in refrigerator.

Yield: 5 dozen truffles
