Hi
Oh my gosh!
It's been a little bit since I was here
and I quickly wanted to check in with you all.
Ive been trying to keep up with the yard work,
wow did my dad do a lot!!!
I'm really enjoying myself though...
I can feel both my parents
right there with me though.
I recall advice they gave me
and their voices are so clear.
I've also been creating more outdoor goodies.
I have a couple to share with you:)
this was an old bird house that had faded and fallen apart
I painted it and covered it in glass stones and moss.
& this was a plain wooden birdhouse
that just needed to be turned into a fairy house.
Again more moss usage..I love this stuff!
Ok!
Monday I'm having my blog anniversary give away thing-a-ma-bob
that I should have had in January...
So hopefully you'll come back to visit for a chance to win some
silly fun stuff!
Have a great week-end.

The bird houses are so pretty and FUN! I hope you have a good weekend planned! Sweet hugs, Diane
ReplyDeleteI'm suffering from serious birdhouse envy right now. Love the buttons.
ReplyDeleteLove those birdhouses, especially the sparkly one!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness. I love these, so very creative. Makes me want to go out and make some too. Defiantly a spring item.
ReplyDeleteOh what precious things you "made"!!!!! :-)))))
ReplyDeleteI love your bird houses, and your yard looks so whimsical! I'm glad you're back blogging, and so am I now :)
ReplyDeleteThank you once again for the lovely gifts! And like I said, if there is anything I can get you, please just let me know,
The out of doors is beckoning to many of us, I'm glad you heeded the call. Love your whimsical birdhouses and the fact that gardening and yardwork bring you close to memories of your Mom and Dad. Be well, have a great weekend. Oma Linda
ReplyDeleteAs usual, your blog always brings in the fresh Spring air anytime of year. I love your bird housed...the colours are amazing! I'm having problems coming to Blogger...many times it won't show my blog roll and other times, it tells me I'm signed out, which I do every time, but won't let me back in when I sign back in....sigh and a silent scream!!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week, dear Marfi, and I know what you mean by feeling your folks near by. My mother told me the other day that I talk a lot about my dad and I told her that's my way of keeping him in my heart and memories. I assured her she too will be remembered like that too, but my dad was way funnier!! LOL
Hugs,
Georgina
Marfi, you are so talented. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the birdhouse turned to fairy house. Love, love, love!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy blogaversary!
