Once upon a time, there was a little girl who was born to someone that didn't care for her too much.
Not one of her moments was celebrated or appreciated.
One day, seventeen years after she was born, she decided she'd had too much, so she did the unforgivable and told the truth.
After much to do and ferocious anger, she was removed from that person, the same person that is supposed to be Home, and Warmth and Safety.
She flew away on a very special day, a day un-lucky to most, to stay with a slightly eccentric, very creative (I hope), often times paint covered, auntie.(Me)
Here in this messy-ish house she learned to sleep through the night, and clean her plate and just be a normal girl.
This is for Grace, congratulations!
May you live happily ever after.
The End.

I first looked at this lovely assemblage with the incredible birdcage, then read the post. I was flabbergasted and can only say what an immensely lucky little girl she is and what an awesome aunt you are. You are a REAL inspiration.
