“And above all,
watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you,
because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places.
Those who don't believe in magic will never find it.”

New Art

Good morning!
Hope your weekend was great.
I had a quiet one, but it was very nice.
Thank you all for your kind, encouraging comments on my last post.
I actually had a little inspiration and created two new (simple) canvases.

This first one is called
'Halloween Night'

This one is
'Haunted Garden'

They're both created with acrylics and oil pastels/crayons.
I had fun making these...
I'll most likely make a few more since they
are so easy to do.
............................................................................................................................
Another thing I did this weekend is tidy up my bookshelves and glitter cabinet.
I love seeing all my slightly dusty and disorganized supplies, books and knick-knacks
cleaned up and straightened out.
I'll post a few pictures here when I get a chance. it looks so much better:)
.........................................................................................................................

Well, I'm off to make a cup of chamomile tea,
then I'm stopping by to visit your blogs.

Have an magical day💫

  1. Good morning and Happy Monday to you! I love those two. I especially like the second one where he is hiding. So cute. I have your blog on my desktop here at work and every Monday I click on it. My heart skips a beat when I see a new date that you have posted something. Thank you Marfi.

  3. These ghosts are charming :) I'm partial to ghosts, both the friendly ones and the scary ones, and I'm glad to hear there'll be more.

Chamomile tea is one of my go-to night-time drinks. I hope you enjoyed yours :)

  4. Wonderful art. Your paintings made me smile. Maybe it's the time of year, but I also did a major studio clean.

  5. Ahhh...such charming fellows (yes, to me, they ARE “fellows” not “gals” LOL).... Happy sorts with a bit of mischief in them....makes me think of the wonderful Halloweens of decades (and decades) past.... ~Robin~
