“And above all,
watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you,
because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places.
Those who don't believe in magic will never find it.”

Oatmeal box fairy houses

This is Helena's fairy house:

This one is mine...I took a bit longer on the application of flowers and paper...although her slap-dash method worked fine for her:)

the bitty little fairy at the doorway of my house is a creation from Lisa Kettell
Cover the oatmeal box with decorative paper, add whatever embellishments to inside the box, fairies, a nest, tree branches, birds etc. Glue popsicle sticks halfway around the top, then tie ribbon or yarn around the tops of them to make a conical shape.
Hot glue flowers to popsicle sticks. I added mushrooms I made out of paper clay.
Also used gliter, (of course) tulle and a bird from a craft store.
Have a good night!
